1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at https://www.aralimsoluions.com, or by engaging Aralim Solutions for any service, you (“Client,” “User,” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access the Site or use any of our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aralim Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Services Offered
Aralim Solutions provides a range of digital and creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Logo Design & Business Branding
  • Website Design & Development
  • Ecommerce Website Development
  • Website Portal Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • Digital Marketing
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Copywriting
  • Online Reputation Management (ORM)
  • Services may be offered as one-time projects, retainers, or monthly packages.

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information and feedback
  • Approve deliverables in a timely manner
  • Respond to communication promptly
  • Make payments as agreed in the proposal or invoice

Failure to cooperate may delay the project timeline and result in additional charges.

5. Payments and Invoicing
a. Billing Terms

  • Payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved third-party gateways.

b. Payment Structure

  • Projects under $1,000 must be paid in full upfront before any work begins.
  • For projects $1,000 and above a minimum 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, or according to mutually agreed-upon milestones outlined in the proposal or service agreement.

  • Monthly services are billed in advance unless on a retainer.

c. Late Payments

  • Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to a 5% late fee per week.
  • Services may be paused or terminated until payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership

  • Upon full payment, the final deliverables become the Client’s property.
  • Aralim Solutions retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

b. Third-Party Content

  • We may use licensed third-party content (e.g., stock images, plugins) with appropriate usage rights. Ownership remains with the original creator or licensor.

7. Revisions and Scope of Work
Unless otherwise stated in a proposal:

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included per project phase.
  • Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

A detailed scope is outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.

8. Project Timelines
Project durations vary based on complexity and client responsiveness. Aralim Solutions is not liable for delays caused by client inaction, third-party issues, or force majeure events (see Section 15).

9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers
Aralim Solutions provides services “as-is” and “as available.” While we aim for excellence:

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or sales performance.
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aralim Solutions will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, business, or data
  • Claims exceeding the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim

12. Termination
a. By Client
Clients may terminate services with written notice. However:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Completed work and time invested up to the point of termination will be billed

b. By Aralim Solutions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Breach of Terms
  • Abuse, harassment, or unethical conduct
  • Non-payment

13. Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to solicit or hire Aralim Solutions employees or contractors for freelance or employment purposes during the project and for 12 months thereafter.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.

Any disputes will be resolved:

  • First through good-faith negotiations
  • Then through binding arbitration, if unresolved

Both parties waive their right to participate in class actions.


15. Force Majeure

Aralim Solutions is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, cyberattacks, power outages, or labor strikes.


16. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any signed agreements, proposals, and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between Aralim Solutions and the Client.

Refund Policy

Aralim Solutions strives for complete client satisfaction, but due to the nature of digital and service-based work, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. General Refund Terms

  • All initial deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Refunds are only considered in cases where Aralim Solutions fails to deliver the agreed-upon service as defined in a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not started, and a formal cancellation request is made within 3 business days of payment.
  • The project was canceled by Aralim Solutions before significant work began.
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors made by the client.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced.
  • Delays caused by the Client, including lack of communication or materials.
  • Completed services or delivered work that met the agreed scope.
  • Marketing, SEO, or advertising services that did not result in specific business outcomes (e.g., sales, rankings, or leads).

4. Partial Refunds
In exceptional cases, and at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be issued for services not yet rendered, less administrative and processing fees.

5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

  • Submit a written request to [email protected] with the project name, payment details, and reason.
  • Our team will review and respond within 10 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
